Today was extra crazy due to a new product launch so a ‘Biz run was well deserved. The morning was so busy that my lunch didn’t make it to the fridge until 11am. The chicken was still coldish so it’s okay right? :S
A half hour before my lunch time zumba class I ate a Stinger chocolate PB protein bar (orange bar in the back).
I discovered this brand last year in Seattle and I’m thrilled that the Superstore/Loblaws now carries them locally.
I loveeeeeeeee these bars!
So far the toughest part of working out at lunch is when to eat lunch. I rarely want to eat after a work out and had to make myself nibble on lunch around 1:30. It took me 40 minutes to eat lunch so maybe next week I’ll eat half of my lunch from 11-11:30 and the other half at 2 (I usually have a meeting from 1-2). Even though it took me a year to eat lunch I am loving the balsamic lime sprouts, they’re so good!
Next up is yogilates in a couple of hours. Double workout days are awesome – it’s like quadruple the endorphins.
