A Year in Review II

June

Cooked my first whole chicken and learned a gross lesson, there are two holes. Was thoroughly grossed out by the process and seriously impressed with the result.

I biked a lot. 80-100++ km nearly every weekend. The views were incred.

Went to CHICAGO! and flew my favourite airline, Porter, to surprise a friend with three other girls.

Glorious Greece for Four Glorious Weeks

A daily staple, tomato/cuke salad with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and oregano, a daily staple… (minus the oregano) everything was grown roughly 100 feet from the door of our house.

My uncle George passed away and I road tripped to the funeral my first weekend back
