On the menu for dinner tonight was one of the black bean burgers I made Sunday night. Tonight I loaded a flat out multi-grain wrap with a burger (cut in half), cucumber, baby spinach, hummus, tomato and sauted mushroom.
I wrapped it up and threw it on the indoor grill. Doesn’t it look great? It tasted amazing!!
I’ve been searching for Flat Out wraps every trip to the States since March and finally found them this weekend, I bought the last two packages the store had. So far it tasted good grilled.
Some yummy yoga with Polly, over at Yoga is Yummy, was also on the menu tonight. I’ve always been a pilates girl but I keep trying different yoga classes and videos because I want to like it. Once I actually got vertigo from doing a yoga class after a really hard bootcamp class, needless to say I’ve never found a yoga practice that clicked with me… until I tried some of the videos on Polly’s site. She is awesome and I love how she teaches! The first time I tried a video I intended to just do one but liked it to much I ended up doing 5 or 6 of them. My legs are especially streched out and I’m ready to run tomorrow!
