Welcome! I’m Christina, a twenty-something city girl from Canada who loves mountains, the ocean, car dancing and crazy road trips. Food.Fitness.Fun. is all about leading a healthy life with real food and fun activities.

So far 2010 has been epic! I ran my first 5k race, biked 50km for charity and completed my first triathlon. My travels included Vancouver/the Olympics, Chicago (1,2), Michigan (1,2,3,4), Montreal (1,2), London (Ontario, not England), Ottawa and the East Coast of Canada/the USA (recap coming, so many photos to sort!!).

Join me as I train for a 10km, another triathlon and scheme up new travel plans. I’d love to have you along for the ride!

  2. I just noticed your Le Gourmand obsession – I’m so disappointed that I didn’t get a chance to try it before they disappeared from the food court nearby. :/ I heard all of their food was stellar!

    Love your blog. I am the creator of Yogilates and I’m glad you include it in your fitness regimen. I don’t know where you are taking the classes, but I hope they are authentic ones. I also really like your recipes and clear instructions. Healthy eating is so important, and you always have good meals described.
